I designed the email toolkit for the rebrand of Crystal Cruises, a global luxury cruise company. The goal of the rebrand, titled “Luxury is Personal,” was to place guests at the centre of communications with mini-stories. The photography and copy were designed to emotionally connect with the reader and provide just enough intrigue to spark the imagination.

Using Sketch, I designed, developed, and delivered a modular email toolkit for Crystal’s in-house team. The toolkit included sample emails, customisable modules, and comprehensive documentation for easy implementation. To ensure a smooth transition, I hosted a training session to walk the team through the toolkit and how to use it effectively.
